Joan joined us in December 2021. Joan brings a lot of experience and talent to the church. She was the choral director at Pike County Middle School and the Director of Choirs and Ensembles at Gordon State College.  She directs the Acclamation Community Choir sponsored by the Thomaston-Upson Arts Council. She has been in many theatre productions such as Mame, Fiddler on the Roof, and most recently Steel Magnolias.

Jan Baker has led the handbell choirs for 25 years. Originally from Philadelphia, she married her high school sweetheart, Jeff Baker. They have three daughters (Julie still plays in the handbell choir!) and three grandsons.  

Lynn joined our staff in June 2012 as the Treasurer. Her duties have grown to include those of Office Administrator. She graduated the University of Georgia in 1994 with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in business. She and her husband Sean Parker, have 3 children, Gabe, Garrett and Gracen Aly. They enjoy spending time with their family on their farm and camping.
