leading in traditional worship

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir gives glory to God through beautiful music. These dedicated volunteers join voices to lead the congregation in meaningful worship.

Choir can be trans-formative – come be a part! Challenge yourself and grow your gift. If you love music, there is a place for you here. For more information, contact Rev. John Cox.

Practices are on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm in the Choir Room.

Leading in Informal Worship

Crossroads

CROSSROADS Praise Team leads in musical worship each Sunday at 9 am for our Informal Worship Service. The music includes current and vintage Praise and Worship songs which enables today’s worshiper to freely express their faith and belief in God.

CROSSROADS meets for practice on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm and on Sundays from 8:00 am to 8:45 am. CROSSROADS also performs at Buggy Days and other community events. For more information contact John Cox, Music Director.

ringing for the glory of God

Chancel Bell Choir

We recently celebrated 25 years of ringing under the leadership of Jan Baker. We have a lot of fun, and enjoy making music together that celebrates the joy of faith.

Open to all adults, and you do not need to be able to read music. Jan is glad to provide one-on-one lessons to those who don't have handbell ringing experience.

Rehearsals are Sundays from 5:30 pm -  7 pm in the choir room. We perform at least monthly in worship, as requested in concerts in the area, and often for special services like Buggy Days Worship.

for beginners of every age

Kings Ringers

This group is for beginner handbell ringers of all ages. We started as a children's bell choir, but found that adults like to learn with us. No music experience necessary.

Director Jan Baker will work with children and adults one-on-one so that they are ready to join the team.

Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays evenings from 5 pm-6 pm in the choir room.

never too young to make a joyful noise

Children's Choirs

The Children's Choirs sing for special celebrations. Practices begin this fall on Wednesday evenings as part of the children's program.

Directed by Mrs. Susan Allen, grades 2-5 meet in the choir room at 6:30 then go to the 3rd floor for an engaging (and fun) study of scripture.

Younger children have a story and play time on the children's wing, and then Mrs. Susan joins them and leads them in choir and music fun.
